Hey dude I fixed the problem. Download the beta version of the hardware which is some like 1.6.2 (available on the net somewhere). I did that, then reinstalled, entered the codes for Red Hot and voila! It worked. :)

I can't seem to get any audio! It's really bizarre - when it gives that confirmation window to ask whether you can see video and hear audio - it works! Both audio and video, but when I switch to the channel... the audio disappears. Can't seem to work out whats wrong. I've entered the codes as...
