hi everyone, i got myself a dazzle videocollector card (pinnacle pctv300i rebadged) over the weekend, i've been tinkering with it because it's a digital & analogue & tv capture pci card all in one, quite impressive considering it cost £28+pp. problem i've got is the way it scans for freeview...

no need, unless you just want to listen to audio cd on your computer. it seems your sound card is built into the motherboard hence the 4 pin connectors, or it could be for the fans , in which case connecting it to the cdrom could result in some smoke being emit .....:-rofl2 :-rofl2 :-rofl2
have a look at the TVdongle (a usb2 tv card, looks like the usb pen) i am not sure if they have a freeview and sat receiver in one yet but they do have dvb-t and analogue combined ones
