can seem to get mush on 30 west i have skystar2 card and softcam do i need more????

i got a 2.4 celeron processor 512 mb ram and geforce 5200fx graphics card i used to run my old sky dish set to hotbird on same pc with good pic

i have just tried to setup my dish to 1.0e and i got 68% but when watch the bbc channel on it it is very blurred and blocky i have sg2100 a motor on a 80cm dish when tune motor to 13 east 0r 19.2 i get up to 90% but still blocky is there any reason for this cheers and motor will not goto hipasat...
