You have the wrong feed in the lnb holder.The dish needs to be aligned on Hotbird and the monoblock slightly tilted upwards about 10 degrees: ie looking at the dish from the front the left hand feed needs to be clamped and the right hand one about 10 degrees higher.

The dish on the building is the old SIS dish set on 27.w. Should have been removed a few years ago when they changed to 5E.
