Thanks, I was planning to cut it so that the Mark4 LNB was the same distance from the centre of the dish as the old MK3 LNB.

I need to replace the LNB on my Sky Mk3 Zone 1 dish. I am currently self-isolating so my access to parts is limited. I do have a spare MK4 arm plus LNB which fits into the socket at the rear of the dish. The MK4 arm is longer than the Mk3 arm as it comes from a larger dish. My newbie question...

I have a disk recorder that switches the stb to the correct channel before recording the programme, that I have selected by programme title. It expects channels from a specific service provider to be on a specific channel number.

Is it possible to just change the channel number without having to re-enter all the other fields in the service data? If so when you have right clicked on the channel you want to change, which option do you select?
