Is it one of the walls of your house? A T&K bracket may be what you need, depending on the angle of your roof. Why not post up a picture of the wall, if you can get a fairly long range shot in with explanation of direction we may be able to tell you from that

Mark , i assume you want the FTA system for Astra 1 (19.2 deg east) - Why not just fit a 2nd LNB to the 65cm dish for your Sky programmes. That removes your 2 dishes on the house dilema:)
