I've not actually checked - but it's a DVBSky S950 PCIe card that takes a 6 pin power from the power supply (via a SATA converter cable). I suppose that could be a possibility (and great if it's an easy fix like that!) - but I'm not sure that would explain why I'm still not receiving that band...
