Yes, in analogue days from Asiasat2 which was received in Eastern Finland with very low elevation < 0,2 degrees.
Analogue "CCTV", RTP Internacional and Panda Shopping Network, but which were quite unstable signal. Best results when clear sky without any clouds and winter 25-35 celcius...
Well, I can not be sure, maybe it was both(?) .. it was good reception site, clear view to horizon from 180m high hill... Maybe satellite was also moving some periods between 102-104 east (so maybe not "really" 103'E). I could get signal only when I moved dish east from Asiasat2 and then "up"...
That's interesting ... during digital times it's not so easy to receive "out of footprint signals" so congratulations
