There isn't any just assembly instructions for the bracket and there is nothing on there about how to setup the angles

I am having trouble setting up my polar mount I can only get Hotbird at 13 degrees East its a matched triax dish and mount. I'm at 52 deg N and 1.16 deg E (Norwich in the Uk) we are totally stuck we need the angles for setting up the polar mount and dish any helps please
