Before the upgrade to the new epg i was able to increase the volume coming out of the box to a max. indeed the manual shows how to do this. With the new EPG the ability to increase or decrease the volume has been removed. Does any one know if this is still possible. Fredaunger

Hi Llew, Thanks the problem was with the USB to serial it was set on COM4 and the software was looking for COM1 changed that and it works fine. Just one thing more could you help with the downloaded file is saved in pdf format and Adobe Reader 7 wont look at it. I assume there is editor...
