Which Strong file would work with the Coship 5300 A or B?

Does anyone know of anyother software from "anyother" receiver brands that would work with Coship 5300B???

Question ; is there a method of converting a PAL file to NTSC ? You europeans are so far ahead of us americans that it's a shame we can't tap into some of your knowledge.
