Thanks for the help you were correct the dish had not locked on to the sat. I now have a new problem thecard worked for a week but I could not get sport channels then went of and now it says No Access . I am new to this hence the lack of knowledge

Can anyone Help I purchased a Digitalb Gold Package card and I can't get it to work The message of No or Bad Signal appears on screen the card has been activated but nothing can anyone help me out
