not sure if this is the correct section, hope so. my mother as a TS9000 tivu sat reciever. periodically the receiver does a update and canale5 is moved from its location. when this happens i do a complete search of tivu, store the channels found and she is back to having her beloved channels...

for some reason my mothers new tivusat as moved canale5 to channel number 1035, which is very confusing for my mum, ive tried everything but cant seem to find a way to change the channel number, no instructions came with the receiver so i have no reference point, can anyone please enlighten me...
