    Problem solved after upgrade to V126. Transponder for Ch4 HD was incorrect on Lyngsat it should be 11797 H 29500. Thanks.

    Could it be a problem with the LNB? It's an MTI quad about a year old. I have no problem with the other Sr's and signal quality/strength is excellent.

    Hi Pete, The firmware installed is V125 (I see V126 is avaialble now). The transponder I have tried to bring in is 11798 H 29500 (Ch4 HD). Thanks.

    I am unable to get a signal from transponders with an SR of 29500 on the Fortec Star Innovation HD receiver. Any ideas on settings that I may need to change. I have excellent reception S 80% and Q 95%. I have no problems with HD channels on 22000 or 27500. I know the channels are encrypted on...

    Thanks Topper, Sorry for the confision. I have two receivers. The problem is not new and affects all channels. I don't receive encrypted channels on the Fortec Star.

    Fortec Star Lifetime Classic Problem

    Help Needed. I have a Fortec Star Lifetime Classic Receiver.The picture goes out of sync with the audio. Is there an update available or should I throw it out.?It work fine otherwise and picks up most channels. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
