The image depends on the Sim card. Sat-universe always have dozens of Dreambox images. We used to sell ferrari Dreambox 500HD but now we sell Dreambox 500HD with Sim 2.1. Sim 2.1 can use original images, ferrari can only use ferrari patched images.

It means 2 thing: 1. The simcard is loose or malfunctioned. 2. The image is wrong and you need to apply the correct ssl (second stage bootloader) prior to a new flash.
