Your right it was a PCMCIA DVB-T. Just had the same yellow/orange colour on the card.

I'v seen a pcmcia version of the card.

Is it possible to use a laptop what has skystar2 in and use the other pcmcia slot with a dragon\Matrix Cam. Anyone have any idea's?

i can find astra and hotbird doing that. Lets say that i swing my dish around and find a random sat signal and i don't know the degress. Do i have to guess which sat i found and then scan for channels using progdvb?

OK I got that :-) But what if I don't know what sat I have my dish pointing at? how do i find that out? is there an easy way to pick up the sat transponder with out having to scan for them.... or am i going about this the wrong way?
