I've found following information on one website:
On some satellites the polarity angle can be offset from the calculated one.
On the France Telecom Satellites there is a polarisation offset of 20 degrees from the calculated ones.
Only a switch can be controlled with DiSEqC 1.0, not a motor (as far as I know). You need DiSEqC 1.2 for a motor.
But if your receiver has some menu items for motor setup then it has probably DiSEqC 1.2 anyway. Why not try it and see, what happens?

Are you sure that your receiver does not have it's own settings editor? It can be some rebadged version. You can find most of satellite receivers on www.satellite-heaven.de along with links to their manufacturer's websites.
Humax F2-FREE is a digital receiver and audio channel 7.02 applies to the analogue channel. You can not receive analogue channels with digital receiver.

I have noticed that offset dishes of different makes can appear to be different up-tilted even if pointing to the same satellite. So this does not have necessarily to be wrong.
You can find the right elevation of the dish on the motor simply by trying to locate your southernmost satellite.
