I did try the new installation method and it made no difference, it phoned home but still got the error, about 10 minutes after I got off the phone to them the box phoned home again but still took a number of hours before the picture came back. Will see what happens over the next month or so...

I too have had my card lose its pairing with my sly box, entitlements were until 22-08 but I checked it this morning and via newcs there where no entitlements on the card - phoned sly and they have resent the pairing info - in newcs I did leave it as defaults <blocksa>No</blocksa>...
