I'm in Dublin, Ireland. How big a dish are we talking for getting a cheap package.

I want to watch english football. I dont want to pay Sky but I am willing to pay foe a cheap ssubscription card. What do I need i.e dish size, pointed at which satellite, what reciever, whats a cam, what card, and anything else that you think I may need. Any help is appreciated!
