Ill try to upload photos of the tuner ant the psu too. the psu seems to be ok. on the tuner I can not see if it is a philips , ref on the tuner: SU1278/LV-2 3112 297 13231 309 HJ11 G130904

Need to find out if it comes from the tuner or the psu. does it describes the way to find out if the tuner or the psu is the reason for low signal??

well I think mine is one of the firts so it must be a philips and the tuner is soldered on the motherboard but it is possible to change it. I see several sites with parts but...could i put the tuner of a latests model?
