This transponder was still active early afternoon and despite there being thick cloud cover I was getting a SQ somewhere in the mid 50s on my TM5402M1, Triax TD110. However, there was a certain amount of picture break up on most of the 21 channels while there was no sound on at least 2 of them...

Has anyone else looked for the SIS feed on Eutelsat 31A at 30.8 east? Not seen it mentioned before. It's coming in fairly strongly this morning, under the odd name of 'sam asked for this' and showing a testcard. Parameters are:- 11.024H, 3330. Turksat Tanitim still there.

Haven't notified KoS or any other listings site as yet. I wanted to hear what others on here had to say about this.

I'm wondering if anyone else is having great difficulty in getting a sustained lock on the transponders, 12.733H, 1500 and 12.744H, 8000. Yesterday afternoon, I took a couple of screenshots showing that I'm getting pretty high signal qualities with each. With regard to Nabaa TV on the 12.733...

For those with an interest in surfing, on the sea that is, there's a feed showing the sport on 11.032H 6999 atm. My TM5402 is showing a nice and healthy SQ around 75%.

At 20.25 BST, 12.630V 7200 fired up with a female Chinese-looking reporter standing in front of what was presumably tonight's stadium.

This evening, I just managed to catch the very ends of the broadcasts of two feeds on 12.638V and 12.647V, both with SR 7,200 at 20.05 BST. The second was labelled as Encoder HD Pruebas.... and both showed beach scenes at Copacabana.

I see that Flysat a of yesterday was reporting the addition of a total of 39 channels on the 10,856V and 10,919V transponders, both SR 27500. All of these Arabic channels are FTA and come in at around 57% with light cloud cover and locking nicely.

Just returned home after allowing my TM 5402 M1 to blind scan 21.5 east and found it had scanned in a staggering 295 channels of which 103 are supposedly FTA. Some, of course, will be feeds or perhaps strong transponders coming from adjacent satellites, haven't had time yet to check. As for...

The best I can achieve with my setup (TM 5402 M1/Triax TD110/IBU) are near-miss locks with the 11.673V and 11.680V transponders. The latter is holding steady with 66% quality and very occasionally drifts up to 68% when I get a fleeting lock.
