Left box on standby overnight. This morning model number and epg version updated. Plugged in for twelve hours and an update received. Thanks to previous posters. This thread helped me with my issue.

I am a new member and have just bought two Pace 2600C1. One says epg 3.5.3 and model 1.0.75 while the other says epg 3.4.4a with model number 1.0.67. Is the second box actually a 2600 and will the model number update with an epg update to 3.5.3? Any help appreciated for a newbie!
