Hmm, my cousin lives in Bahrain and he had the use of one of these phones for a couple of weeks, unfortunately he said that it was a piece of junk, as the software was flakey and the reception sensitivity was not even close to his Sony phone.

It would, but you need to fabricate a bracket to fit the four adjustment holes on the dish bracket, then drill it out to take two pole mount brackets.
