    Your out of luck in Japan, there is 1 FTA english channel you can get in Japan which is the Pentagon Channel on the NSS6 Bird which is :-rofl2...Unless you have a really big C-Band dish, at least 15ft.

    Yes that is the correct stuff. The green bit is somewhat of a anchor sleeve...you won't destroy it.
