You no what cable RS232 use? You have 2 types of cable: 2-2 3-3 4-4 5-5 6-6 7-7 8-8 or 2-3 3-2 4-4 5-5 6-6 7-7 8-8 I think you are using the wrong cable to connect your crappy Metronic TouchBOX 2.- LokiGodd
