So, went home on vacation for holidays.
Came back offshore to find out that they don't rely on the Sea Tel DAC 2200 Unit anymore.
They have just installed a dish with triax multi-switch system using quad lnb.
the main issue now that some channels on lo band went missing...
I have read the manual and did everything possible.
the weather at the moment is pretty bad.
once it gets better I will go up and check if it moves at all or not.
but problem is I think it does.
because when I put the data for nilesat 7.0 w for example.
It starts targeting and tracking...
the frequency of the channel I am looking for is 11547 so tone off ;
11547 - 9750 = 1797
that's the freq I put.
along with baud and polarity
I don't know if I am missing something.
I just checked and it turned out they are not actually in eshailsat 25.5 E
but from Badersat 26.0 E
but weirdly they showed as eshail channels when I put the new values and did a search in eshailsat
the channels I got are oman tv package. . this is one of them
Oman TV Sport - LyngSat
It's frustrating because I got few channels from 25.5 E but not Bein Sports package
should they have different settings because they are running on
2/3
DVB-S2
8PSK
I don't have any idea?
I know how to go to the setup and change values but I don't know what numbers should I put in there.
How do I calculate FREQ or what is the NID number ?
I would like to put the data of these channels as I am pretty sure I could receive them.
