So, whatever it is, it does not seem to be a shifted wide beam, because there would not be such a steep cut off in such short distance.
A super beam for Hotbird should look like this (but shifted to the East).
If the shifted 13E wide beam towards the east rumour is true, I estimated how the beam must have been moved towards the east. Perhaps this explain the behaviour of Vivacom's TPs. Take into account that the outer beam is not realistic, since I didn't calculate Earth's curvature.
I wasn't in my hometown when the TPs originally began transmission before this unknown beam was shifted towards Bulgaria to compare the before, but here we go. On HD51 (Silabs) and Thessaloniki, Northern Greece on 1.30, we have
12616H 18.2dB
12635V 17.2dB
12654H 18.2dB
12673V 17.2dB
12713V...
I recently installed the new Black Ultra lnb on my setup to replace my 8year old Black Ultra.
Now, to be fair I didn't notice any significant change, everything is quite the same, except on 36E where I now have 5 frequencies locked on the South African beam, while I had only 2 with the old black...

I don't understand why you want to manually change the font types. The main font my skin has is very high quality (and created by me) and has been calculated to fit...
I am not talking about a driver change, but an Enigma2 code change in their .bb that will allow any tuner that supports SNR below lock can benefit from. Other drivers/tuners that do not support it will simply not show it. I find it high unlikely that such a change can break any receiver, since...
I'm surprised that neither OpenPLI nor OpenATV picked up the Enigma2 changes. If anything, if the tuner drivers allow it, it will work, if not there's nothing to lose.
Maybe I could reach the developers as well...
Yes, different tuner/demod combo, but will this improve or hinder Availink's tuning capabilities? For starters, we see the latter. Let's hope they work on that part.
Did anyone try blindscan btw?
