i have an stb3100 product from mentor data system...it is a sattelite reciver with a smart card...my neighboar sgot the same and the same settings but i cant watch chanell nr 64 and 63 witch are serbian chanels and they are free to ait too...does anyone know what should i doo or does anyone has...
