Thanks Topper. The TV is only 1yr old, however I'm American living in Germany, hence the reason its NTSC only. Still no replies from any of the folks I emailed about support on the U4101 so I'm thinking of buying the tecnomate 5400 CI, since it seems to be an update of the 1500.
