I bought it like a month ago from a webshop (https://www.electro-sat.nl/) based in Holland. Yes it does seem strange. maybe this is a normal practice with them to make it easier for their customers?! I dont know.

The issue of the deviation is solved!
As you all often stated the importance of true south, this indeed was the main factor. The problem was caused by the compass of my iPhone 6s. I thought i can really trust what it gives me because it but i was wrong. The true south shown...
i rotated it inside its holder clock and anti clockwise. it started to give me better signal strength (for astra 4.8e) when i moved it anti clockwise. i will set it to vertical later on and see what happens especially after the dish is moved to other satellites.
Neither I ask the webshop nor they ask me to put openpli image on the receiver. but it doesnt matter that much, right? because i can put any image i want.
No I didn't and couldn't scan for any channel. In the positioner setup menu you can only lock on to a satellite but can't scan for channels.
In the manual and automatic scan menus, you choose one of the satellites in the list then the motor moves the dish to it. Because of the deviation issue...

Thanks to the support I get here from you all I didn't give up, even after a lot of frustration with this tedious thing.
Yesterday I rechecked all cables and reconnected some firmly to the f-connectors. There were no shorts and no damages to the cables...
Universal LNB and I haven't flashed the solo yet but I am planning to do it after this step (setup of the hardware and making sure I have strong signals from satellites) is taken.
There is no loose connection since I have checked it with a multimeter. And no short because if there was a short the motor wouldn't get any power then.
Yes, you're right about the SR. I will correct that. However, it shouldn't be the main cause of this problem, right?
