let me get this straight u say u can get the channels with manual search but not with blind search? the badr freq should be stored in your stb. unless there is a new transponder or a feed then this will be tracked by the blindscan

check your connections or maybe the tuner on the receiver is ****ed. have you tried another satellite receiver? i have contacts in sa would love to visit them one day... :D

no patch for manhattan 6800 newer model the plaza st series can be patched. :)

its easy just get yourself/or your mate an 9 pin female to female null modem cable and transfer the data from your pc to your stb. ;)
