I thought that was a PC run solution rather than directly on the dreambox?

I've gone with the Hacksat downloader (v5 I think) which although isn't automatic 'out-of-the-box' the keys are updated on a change pretty damn quick. It's usually about a 10-15 minute wait for new keys after a change.

Is there a quicker way to get the cam to use the updated keys. I'm currently using Evocamd 2.17 and I need to reboot the Dreambox (a 7000) to get the channels to open. The log shows the keys are being updated but aren't being used by the cam. I can't test it again until next change, but I tried...

I'm trying to watch the Liverpool game as well. Having the same problem and can get other channels on that sat. I think maybe it might be a license thing that they turn off the channel for things like football.

Aye, the 8mb is good for sopcast. I just prefer turkish and spanish commentry to the crazy chinese guys.

I think you mis-understand. Certain codecs have hardware locks in them so that you can't use them outside their intended program. The fastest and best HDTV decoder I have is the Nero Digital Video Decoder it is hardware locked. But if you rename the executable of Media Player Classic to...

Can you still point it to a different player name. i.e. I point it to showtime.exe (just media player classic renamed) so I can use nero's video decoder which is very fast.
