thanks m8 i was thinking down the lines of reflashing but thought there might have been another way, like i might have changed a setting as its only the audio button and it only started since i've been recording.

DM600 running EDG when i press the audio button its acting as a pause button, how can i change it back.

Also make sure you have the cable in the right way round as some drives will accept the cable either way The cable had to be more or less folded back on itself on my 600 same problem i had when i installed mine.

are you able to download a motorised channel list, if so it would make it a lot easier. You say you can find thor with 90 % strength thats half your battle.

dm600 does take about 25-30min with null cable, also try different versions of dream up i found latest version would'nt work. you might find some images not stable, i prefer older versions (tried and tested)

dreamboxes been getting cloned for a while now like the 500 still being sold but been out of production for a while and then theres rebadged ones too.
