Hello all, Glad to report my Pace 3100 box is now fixed . Had a local dish installer fit an 80 cm dish for me and set up to Astra 2d. did factory reset on the box,and forced a download and it all came back. Green light on as soon as remote pressed and all Sky + services and channels available...

Hello again......I still need some help on this question as my choice is, at the moment, to buy another box from England and then find I cant get the signal or fix this one. Regards Phil

Ohhh I forgot to add I was going to set up the system so the dish is not yet aligned. I needed the box turned on to get the signal to set up the dish. I could sure do with some help and input please.
