I think i would agree I would never buy a fortec star product again. The support is really awful. Why they didn't write a freesat package that automatically downloaded all channels and put them in position. Also like most manufacturers here is no way to easily get circuit diagrams. My power...

Hi My passion plus has just stopped wotking completely no deisplay or blue light. Looking at the power supply and measuring out put voltages shows they are all down. About 328 volts dc measured across the large electrolytic so that looks ok Any ideas
