You need to focus 1st to Hotbird 13 degree East, check if your lnb was skewed properly (45 degree to the right) when facing the lnb surface and dish was tilk 45 degree. Then when you got very good signal on Hotbird then work on your Nile. Hope it helps... Good luck!!!
