sorry i just enabled it now when i click channels all i get is a black screen

i have a dvb viewer hooked up the sky dish in the uk... i know sky its self is pretty much unhackable but i was wonderinf if there are any channels that are that i am able to get i have dvb viewer installed with vplug but when i click on any scrambled channel all i get is "no hardware available"...
