I get TV8 easily on a zone 2 sky dish (76x56cm), 79-82% on my TM1000D, I find it to be one of the stronger channels on 42e. (edit: in north east)

I'll just go for seperate lnbs & feedhorns then, I just thought I could save a few £ and the bother of having to swap everytime I wanted to experiment :)

Can I ask where you ordered this lnbf from? Also how much did it cost? I'm thinking of _http://www.dmsiusa.com/bsc621-2.htm combined c/ku to go with the fortec 1.8 :)

The 'local' steel stock holder just turned out to be a front desk, and didn't hold any stock at all. They weren't interested unless I made a large order. However the local scrap yard say they'll give me a ring when they get some in. What wall thickness/size should I be looking for? The...

I was looking to get a 1.2 Channel Master, but then I saw this thread. I don't know much about prime focus dishes, but I'm willing to learn :) Is the Invacom feedhorn suitable? The f/d is adjustable 0.32 - 0.43.

What chance does someone like me with just an el cheapo meter (sat bleeper) have of being able to set this dish up? :)

I think you are allowed up to a 1m dish now...
