Good evening. I would like to save my skyhd recordings, some of the aged (2008): I can extract easily .str files from xtv filesystem. Can someone explain if the offline descrambling method will works? I own a ** LEGITIMATE ** smartcard, so I honestly feel in good faith.
Good news is that something will ba at 28.2 :)
Bad news, could be that by 2015 mommy will need a 3m dish :-ohcrap!!!!!!!!
Curiosity: why a broadcaster would aim for narrow footprint? Reduced costs or advertising strategies?
More questions:
- Assuming 28.2 is a temporary location, does it makes any sense testing on this? Shouldn't I wait until 1N will be moved to it's final destination?
- Are there any time schedules on this "final destination"?
- Will BBC start transmitting from 1N on 28.2 or only at 19.2?
Hi there everyone, first post here :-)
I'm trying to help good old mommy receiving BBC in Tuscany, Italy.
I know about the narrow beam, however there are currently many users happily receiving BBC from Astra 2D on geolocations considered to be out of footprint, that i's like to take a chance...
