Where can version 1.3 of Windows Downloading application be found
All, The serial download procedure for UCAS v3.o and later require version 1.3 of Windows Downloading application, however I'm unable to find on the Matrix web site (or elsewhere). Assistance to find the application is appreciated. Than you in advance Robert- robert_1
