I have wondered the same thing. MII team (or whatever PDK team) seem to have commercial benefits from MII manufacturers. Otherwise they would publish the keys. They want to wipe out titanium cards(and others) even though titanium will do the trick as easily as MII-card. There's no problem...

I have been looking some tit-editor too. It takes too long to have the tit-file in public. So why not diy. Keys are always available sooner than tit-file.
