A bootloader menu is not provided to the user on the Relook There are NTSC images and there are separate PAL images.

Is there any info available that describes the format of the files for the emus (mgcamd, cccamd, evocamd, ccam, or gbox)? I'm trying to learn how it all fits together but I'm finding it hard to find any useful info amidst all the "Can I have keys for .... requests"

Back to the original question I'm told they are PES files (some kind of MPEG stream format) I have a test file from someone (I have a Mutant, not a Relook) I've been trying to find any linux based program to play it or convert it, but no luck so far. mplayer claims they will play PES files...

Ask them when the dev forums will be back online

So they're closing the source code?
