with my dish pack i had four halves of a ring, which together would enable a smaller lnb to fit into the holder...cant remember the size anyway, two pair were thin and two were thick (like me lol!)
i found the best position for my strong lnb was using the two smaller adapters...and that the...

Oh! one more thing..reading about i think i made a boo boo when putting my dish up...my long/lat is 50n 5w...i aligned on 1w!!! so i will realign on 5w which i think i should have as my south point
i see the fracarro 0.5 lnb is a better shape for the lnb holder than the strong...so should be able to push in a bit more !
also lookingin into a smart titanium second edition!! but reading the post here...
thanks guys...perhaps i'm just hoping...but trying to push the lnb in a bit more and lifting the front just a tad i get 2-3% more quality....this brings in BADR weaker sats in better on a low cloudy day...seems to stop the occasional breakup.....also i can acutally receive TP on 23.5E now.....a...

My original setup was an 80cm steel or tin dish with 0.6 uni lnb from lidl. this was very good for fixed/strong sats, and quite acceptable for weaker sats...
yep dats right...its quite a bit quieter....the lidl 80cm was very noisy due to it being tin/steel.....the new dish is a tad heavier! but noticable improvement when "motoring"! still noiser moving west though...and it seems a 10% and more signal strength improvement all round....even managed to...
