i see the fracarro 0.5 lnb is a better shape for the lnb holder than the strong...so should be able to push in a bit more ! also lookingin into a smart titanium second edition!! but reading the post here...

thanks guys...perhaps i'm just hoping...but trying to push the lnb in a bit more and lifting the front just a tad i get 2-3% more quality....this brings in BADR weaker sats in better on a low cloudy day...seems to stop the occasional breakup.....also i can acutally receive TP on 23.5E now.....a...

anybody got comments on Best LNB to go with the dish?

well its quite cloudy today.....and i still have rock solid picture at 34% on Badr sats.....58% on the stronger tp's. all in all a good exercise.

well its been a while since i installed the dish..still getting good results in all weathers.....i keep going back to BADR for a nosey...find that the channels are only 28-31% with quite a bit of break up over the receivers (DARKBOX 2007) threshold of 30%. Decided to have a play and put my old...

you wont regret it....mine is doing a wonderful job at holding pictures and sound during bad weather on 12.5w 10e and 7e feeds....:)

:)just to update my findings on the fracarro 85cm alluminium....as there seems to be a few peeps in various forums wondering about them.. My original setup was an 80cm steel or tin dish with 0.6 uni lnb from lidl. this was very good for fixed/strong sats, and quite acceptable for weaker sats...

yep dats right...its quite a bit quieter....the lidl 80cm was very noisy due to it being tin/steel.....the new dish is a tad heavier! but noticable improvement when "motoring"! still noiser moving west though...and it seems a 10% and more signal strength improvement all round....even managed to...
