Update: Installed only cccam 2.2.1 in /var/bin and removed all old addons ; host:16001 reads this: " card reader /dev/sci0 handled 11(0) ecms and 2(2) emms Conax card" etc... so it looks like the card is being recognised but it is still dark :-((( ps my linux Kernel is 2.6.17 mutant200s sf team...

As I learned the receiver does not officially provide a conax support and needs some other means. It used to work well but one guy reset it to default and it lost all the necessary addons. The problem is that I installed some of the blue menu addons (namely addon for blue menu, cccam 2.0.11...
