Hi Nisatman, since my last I’ve taken delivery of an ESX242 and been searching the forum and found some excellent ideas for mounting it to the side of the existing LNB. With the festive season, I’ll be lucky to get in some fiddling time. shadbolt.

I’ve been trying to get 26e for some time had everything checked for alinement etc still no 26e at the weekend tilted the dish a bit forward no luck then tilted the dish a bit further forward and bingo lost count at ninety-five watchable Arabic channels. shadbolt.

Thanks to yourself, vipersan and nelson-b, I.8 offset dish and at the moment if the rain hold off will have a go at seeing how I'm going to fix the LNB without obstructing the other LNB. Then once I've it fixed comes the fiddleing about with it to get a "catch". shadbolt.

Hi Nisatman, I,ve an old 1.8 dish and thinking of having a go on cband, at the moment I dont know if I should mount the new LNB above or to the side of the existing LNB maybe you or some would know, BTW I am also in the Down area. Cheers, shadbolt.

hi, Any tips on getting 26e, I seem to get some 26e channels but with no vision or sound plus a lot of BBC and German channels and one I do not reconise Dance Trippin. Thanks. shadbolt.

Thanks jpsr, I have had another go and on 5W one of the French stations comes in at 84% but when the weather picks up I will do as you say and take the receiver to the dish with a tv and then do adjustments.

Hi, Just an ordinary c/m polar mount have set the main angle as rolfw,s instructions but will later check and alter the back frame if needed as so 54 latitude + 22.6 + 7.8 = 84.4
