if you mean Top Up TV, it is encrypted in S*ca2 which hasn't been cracked, so you can't get their channels without a subscription card. There are some "hidden" channels (redhot, xtraview) which you can get free with a PC receiver, see http://www.satellites.co.uk/php-bin/forum/showthread.php?t=36662
