If its possible to hack irdeto2, i wish i could hack UBC.

I like to ask few questions about IRDETO2. (1) Does IRDETO2 use specific card. Like p3,p4,fun,etc... or does it depend on company choice? (2) Is it possible to clone IRDETO2 card? One of my friend told me that pic cards(silver,gold,...) have protection and its difficult to copy their content.
