Hi, A ordering the parts tomorrow for my first motorised set up. I am replacing my current 60cm dish for an 80cm. All the dishes are described as 'offset' is that correct? (the one I need) and are transparent dishes OK? Thanks

cheers that pic has explained a lot to me, I think I can get away with it. Does the receiver (humax 5300) auto position the dish?

can I get those on my old on Digital box anyway? can I stop it at it's furthest left point (and miss the sats to the left of that)? can I stick it on a pole that sticks out furthur from the wall, so it can go furthur left?

Thanks John, I will bear that in mind. I seem to be lucky here in Devon, I currently have a 60cm (soon to be replaced) but that puts the signal off the scale on Astra!

I belive so It is this one Humax VACI 5300 http://www.ecscards.co.uk/itm00042.htm which says Diseq 1.0 and 1.2 0/12 volt Dc out Is that ok?
