if I use direct tv dish or dishnetwork satellite dish, would I capture any atlantic satellite?

I will try to change it to NTSC if I find the option, I have an other question do all satellite dishes work with Universal LNB, because i want to buy a direct tv dish satellite and afraid if it don't work with my receiver box. what kind of dish it good it the us and LNB

it may be the problem.! Is there any way, where I can change my receiver output to NTSC. ( change a part inside)or change my TV to what ever is in the receiver box output( PAL, SECAM..).

Why does startsat receivernot work in usa? the image don't stay still and it black& white.

I have a Startsat satellite receiver, I bought it in europe. I tried to use it but when I conect it to the TV the image don't stay still. please help. it is because it not compatible with American TV, it there any softwar or something?
