Thanks for ur help the other day...we have now managed to connect to Hotbird and to Astra2A. However, we would like to try connect to Astra 2D for Sky so that we can get BB1,2 ITV etc... As mentioned eralier we do have the sky digibox, but I am not sure of a good website to find out the Azimuth...

thanks again for your help.....so do you think we could use our 80cm sat dish with a sky digibox, and aim for the 150 degree bearing you mentioned at 38 elevation... we do have this Thallis decoder which came with the dish as well..but cannot seem to get more than 70% signal

We do have a french digital sat receiver too, so should we use that or the actual sky digibox? this is all rather confusing!

Hi thanks for that. yes sorry about the multiple posting! So do you mean aim the dish at 28.2 East even though I am in France? Which actual direction should that be from our location do you think? We have looked at nearby dishes and they seem to be facing S-SW ish

god dam the french....i hate losing to them at the best of times...but when im in france its so much worse!
